Renting party supplies from our business is a convenient process. Start by browsing our extensive inventory of party rental items, including tables, chairs, concession machines, decorations, and more. Once you've selected the items you need for your event, add them to your cart and proceed to checkout. Specify the date, time of your event and delivery location, and we'll arrange for the items to be delivered and installed to your doorstep or event venue.

In the event that party rental items are damaged or stained during your event, please inform us as soon as possible. Our team will assess the extent of the damage or staining, and you may be charged for any necessary repairs or replacements. We understand that accidents can happen, and we appreciate your timely reporting of any issues to help us ensure the quality of our rental equipment.

Yes, you can make last-minute additions or changes to your party rental order, subject to item availability. If you realize you need additional items or want to modify your order, please contact our team as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your requests and update your order accordingly.

Absolutely no water of any kind is allowed on the bouncer unit
Weather Policy: We reserve the right to cancel any reservations due to severe or imminent deterioration of weather conditions. You will receive a full refund if we cancel due to weather.
There will be no refunds or reductions in price due to foul weather once the unit is set up by Party Masters
$100 deposit is required in addition to the rental fee. This is toward any additional cleaning that is necessary. Any damage done to the bouncer, blower or any other equipment will be the responsibility of the renter and be charged accordingly.
RULES TO FOLLOW DURING THE USE OF THE UNIT
No flips, wrestling, or extreme horseplay allowed while on the equipment
Do not bounce or linger on the step or near the doorway of the equipment
Do not lay down inside the equipment at any time
Maximum number and weight of jumpers allowed in the units will be adhered to.
All guests must remove shoes, eyeglasses, and any sharp objects before entering the unit.
Absolutely NO - “silly string”, confetti, gum, food, drinks, sprays, or other sticky substances are allowed in the unit. Failure to follow these guidelines will result in the loss of deposit.
NO Piñata’s in the unit. (risk of severe injury)
Anyone with head, back, neck or any muscular-skeletal injuries or disabilities, pregnant women, and others who may be susceptible to injury from falls bumps or bouncing are not permitted in the unit at any time.
No hanging from the netting on the sides or from the roof of the unit. Any necessary repair will result in the loss of deposit.
Use only blow up “beach ball” type balls; other balls may cause serious injury.
If inflatable begins to lose air, make your way to the exit immediately.
Unit MUST be staked to the ground securely at all times to prevent tipping or injury. If high winds exist, exit the unit immediately and turn off the blower.
Keep children away from the blower unit - risk of electric shock and serious injury from moving parts of the blower.
Do not operate the unit when raining or if ground is wet. Risk of serious injury due to slipping hazards and electric shock from the blower if wet conditions exist.
Children’s safety depends on you. Your personal supervision is absolutely required. As the renter of the unit, the safety of all who come in contact with the unit or parts thereof is YOUR responsibility.

It is your responsibility to make sure the area for the bouncer is clean from dog poo, debris, sharp objects, other equipment. 

We reserve the right of location of bounce house due to the safety of the children and our equipment.

Grass area will always be 1st preference, unless you have no grass please notify us of terrain conditions.

Do not cut your grass the day before or day of, grass clippings will get the unit dirty therefore losing your deposit.
